Fantastic hotel, great room, good food at restaurant. However airport shuttle bus that picked us up from train station was not capable of stowing any luggage and was already full of people coming from a shopping centre/going out for the evening in town, resulting in a couple having to stand up so our suitcases could go on their seats and we were crammed in...far from ideal. We were pleased to see a proper bus with a proper cargo hold for suitcases arrive on time to get us to the airport the following morning.

| "The room is big compare to other japan usual small size room which had national hotel size. Very clean and tidy. staffs are very helpfull to find our next staying hotel location and bus time table. Had free suttle bus from airport to hotel but the location is too far from tokyo city. It is a perfect place to stay for the stop by overnight traveller. " |

| "I'M OVERALL VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE, SIZE OF THE ROOM AND THE BATHROOM. HOWEVER, THE ROOM WAS RATHER HOT DURING MY STAY. IT WOULD BE BETTER IF A COMPUTER WERE PLACED IN THE ROOM. THIS WILL HELP AS AN ENTERTAINMENT FOR CHILDREN AND A SERVICE FOR WORKING PEOPLE TO CHECK THEIR EMAILS EVEN WHEN THEY ARE AWAY FROM THIER OFFICE. BY DOING THIS IT WILL HELP US TO HAVE AN ENJOYABLE TIME DURING OUR HOLIDAY AND BEING IN CONTACT WITH OUR FAMILY, FRIENDS AND WORK SINCE NOT MANY BRING LAPTOPS TOGETHER WITH THEM.

| "The Airport Washington Hotel was great value. I was travelling on my own so the room size was perfect. It had a double bed with & also a small table & chair at which to write. Tea making facilities were also in the room and it was all exceptionally clean. I had requested a non smoking room which I also got. The hotel has a free shuttle bus which takes you to & from Narita Airport which was about a 10 minute ride. Breakfast was not included in the room rate I paid but you can go down to the breakfast room and pay a very reasonable 1200Y (Approx $12 AUD) for a buffet breakfast which was more than adequate. The hotel has a small shop in the lobby area for snacks,drinks, souvenirs even some clothing. When I checked in I was given a complimentry drink voucher to use at the bar.
I would recommend this hotel as great place to stay if you're on a short transit through Narita. " |

| "A good pre-departure hotel, with a free shuttle service to the airport. Warm, friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast choice is limited if one prefers not to have a buffet type breakfast. " |
