"No really a holiday hotel due to its location but excellent as a stopover hotel or to stay in for business. Food is excellent if a little expensive and there are different styles of food, rooms are small but clean and to a good standard offering internet connection and the obligatory TV. I would be more than happy to stay there again during a business trip."

"It is really value for money in terms of the room size and quality service! Hope to have a Bidet attached!"

"The hotel is in good repair, and the rooms were clean. The hotel does not offer currency exchange except for currency to currency. They do not accept credit cards for currency and you have to walk to a Seven-Eleven store to use the ATM which will only give you a minumum of 10,000 Yen so take cash with you. The rooms only have two pronge plugs, so you have to get an adaptor which will cost you a 1,000 Yen cash deposit, seemed strange to me. These was no room service menu in the room, but it was delivered when asked for. The TV in the room was small, and it cost you another 1,000 Yen to get a card that allowed you to view 4 channels that were billed as English speaking, but were not all of the time."

"This was the second time that we were staying at nikko narita The first time the price of the hotel was included in our ticket of JAL This it wasn't. This time it was much more expensive to fly to Australia. Also the first time we had a room in the new wing. And that was a much nicer stay. But it was only for one nicht so it was good enough. If we fly again to Australia with JAL we will stay at your hotel again The restaurant and the bar are perfect. Greetings Fam Ruissen"

"I only spent one night in the hotel, but was quite pleased with all services provided to me. Many thanks for your hospitality. "

"The receptionist at the check-in counter was pleasant, but others were not so welcoming to provide me directions to travel around. There is free shuttle buses to the train stations and a nearby mall; the part about the train station is good, helping the guests to travel around easier; the part about the mall is not too impressive, as not much items about Japan is available. Overall, it's not a bad place for a first visit."
