5/5  Posted by MRS. NG, clara, Hong Kong in July 2008
"everything is good they have european guest relation officer in the front office so even the local staff they cant speak very good english it wont cause any inconvience, the food is good in the coffee shop and this is the only hotel that included breakfast is really wonderful and one thing that can make us unforgetful is we met a japanese artist in the hotel's japanese dinning resturant He is my daughter's idol Gosh although just only an eye contact but is already enough to make her high blood haha so nothing can make me say NO to Okura."
5/5  Posted by Ms. MONTALBAN, Marta, Spain in May 2008
"Very calm, elegant, good taste in furniture on the lobby that makes it unique"
5/5  Posted by MRS. CORNUT, laurence, France in May 2008
"The location is fantastic , close to roppongi and surrounded by gardens. Service is very japanese, that is close to perfect . We didn't have a chance to try the outdoor swimming pool but it looked very tempting and is a big plus in Tokyo. But my favourite feature was the very fifties design of the lobbies and bar. "
5/5  Posted by MR. SIMPSON, RICHARD, Australia in April 2008
"Very friendly people. We have 3 small children and found all the staff very accomodating with providing cots, highchairs and entertaining the children. Lovely stay. Will definately go back."
5/5  Posted by MR. BENITTI, Alexandre, Brazil in April 2008
"This is one of the best hotel I have ever been to, and I travel a lot. The service is great and it is very well located!"
5/5  Posted by MR. CHANING PEARCE, Robert, United Kingdom in April 2008
"The OKURA never fails to please. PITY ITS SISTER HOTEL IN kYOTO WAS NOT AVAILABLE. It remains my first choice - and,at cherry blossom time, has the added advantage of a glorious promenade just below the hotel."
5/5  Posted by DR. KHOO, Hsien Hui, Malaysia in March 2008
"The hotel is good for everything except for being sensitive towards different diets. The word VEGETARIAN or VEGAN is not well understood. No matter how good the service is, people who have special needs will have a difficult time explaining to the restaurants what they need."
5/5  Posted by MR. EISENMANN, Leon, United States in March 2008
"As a world traveler I can emphatically state that Hotels dont come any better. The staff is most courteous and helpful at all times. The place is spotless and friendly. I feel totally at home and can't wait to be back in July!"

"You can't expect any better! Everything in this Hotel is perfection and courtesy. Can't wait to be back in July!"
5/5  Posted by MR. KONG, United States in February 2008
"The service and hospitality are impeccable. This is one of the older Japanese hotels that has a history of being a 5 star hotel. I understand that many dignataries, diplomats, and business executives frequent this hotel. Excellent restaurants. Good location. But, normally, a little more expensive compared to other 5 star hotels. As much as I liked this hotel and would highly recommend it to others, I prefer the New Otani Hotel for slightly better location, access to Tokyo's subway system, and value/cost for similarly excellent service, hospitality, and English speaking abilities."
