Would I stay at this location
again:

Absolutely!
This hotel is located in the new area Shiodome, a very hi tech area. Very close to Ginza one of the most prestegious areas and the biggest fish Market in the world (Tsukiji). The rooms are smal, but this is expected, I would have paid a bit extra to have a bigger room, otherwise, the rooms are VERY clean and services very good with friendly staff. Internet is fast and Free. the view is amazing, at a clear sky day, you might see Mount Fuji. If you like walking, the hotel is connected to the Shibashi Station through the undergrougnd hub the connects most of the hi rise buildings in that area (10 minutes walk). Just a note to those who use Taxis, make sure the Taxi driver don't confuse this hotel with ROYAL PARK HOTEL which is just behind the PARK TOKYO!

"Have just had a trip to Tokyo, staying 4 nights in the Park Hotel. Having read lots of comments about how expensive Japan/Tokyo and this being our first trip there we were very surprised what good value the Park was.(worked out to just over £100 per night thru Asia Room w/o b/fast) Its very close to everything, the fish market is walking distance or a very short cab hop. There are tube/train stations linked into the complex in which the hotel is based as well as numerous places to eat/shop/drink. It is very well located for business or for tourism. The hotel doesnt have a WOW factor from outside like a Shangri La or similar and there is no grand entrance, but the basic stuff is done very well. We were on 28th floor and from our window could see the bullet trains heading in and out of the station and also had a cracking view of the city. The staff were all very helpful and because it is part of a big/bold new part of the city, it is a doddle to find your way home. The room and bathroom were small but the attention to detail and cleanliness was second to none. The shower was the best we have ever experienced and you have to hold it tight as the pressure is so strong when you take it off the wall.Stay here its a top place.
