Excellent stay. Treated us excellent and the hotel was gorgeous. Very nice view of the city too from certain areas and live music in the lobby at times. Rooms were very comfortable and had somewhat nice views. Very good service from the staff - they all spoke English and were very courteous. And there's a very convenient airport shuttle from here.
The only complaints were that it isn't in a great location. Shiodome is nice and modern but there's not too much around. But this is remedied by the fact that there is a train station downstairs. And the cafe on the first floor isn't very good at all, but there is a bunch of stuff across the street including Hamburgers and hot dogs. Not much in the way of Japanese but we needed some comfort food after a long trip.
Stay here... it's awesome and you can't beat the value.
