| "The hotel was wonderful, a real treat for us on the last night of our holiday to Australia and Japan. The view from our 50th floor Tokyo facing bedroom was special, breath-taking. Our room was luxurious, comfortable, spacious - as was the bathroom.
Every staff member gave an excellent level of service, nothing was too much trouble.
We drank cocktails in the smart New York Grill and restaurant, then eat an eight course feast at the amazing Japanese restaurant within the hotel. We had cakes and coffees at the hotel's cafe and pastry shop.
The roof top pool and gym were great, as was the spa.
Before departing for the UK, we had fabulously prepared and extravagant breakfast brought to our rooms in time to catch sunrise...my romantic tip for those seeking to impress a loved one.
Expensive, but worth every Yen." |

| "I´d recommend you this hotel if you are able to pay it and you are disposed to do it. It has spectacular views by the night.The room and the bathroom are full of details.However, we were sleeping there and they didn´t let us go into the restaurant because we didn´t wear appropiate shoes.We were tourists! But in general, it´s a nice and capricious experience." |

| "I stayed in a "deluxe" room. Overall the room and the views were excellent. The service was good but perhaps too polite for my taste. The swimming pool is very good. For a top end Japanese hotel, I was surprised that there was no internet services included in the price, they charge 1000 yen for 30 minutes. Also, I didn't like that The New York Bar has an afternoon/evening 2000 yen cover charge per person, regardless of whether you're staying in the hotel or not." |

My Family and I had a wonderful experience in Tokyo and your graceious hospitality is an addition to our vacation. We really enjoy your staff and in the manner in which they made us feel welcome. I've noticed also that the warm hospitality is for everyone that enters the doors of Park Hyatt. Again, Thank-you very much and we would most definate recommend and return for all our visits in Tokyo.

| "We like this hotel very much, esp. my son- he loves it! Everything was o.k., never mind that almost nobody didn´t speak English. But we have had fantastic view, nice large room, bathroom etc...
Only one - the price! I am a doctor of medicine and I have spent 1 809 USD = my two month's salaries for 3 nights in this hotel..
But we have the nice memories for whole our life." |
