| "I had a brilliant stay at this hotel, the location was fantastic I didn't realise how good it was til I had arrived, it was easy to get on the trains and underground and the shopping is right on your doorstep. Would definately stay again. As this was my first visit to Japan, this hotel was in a perfect location for me." |

| "Great location just above Mark City Mall and the subway / JR line - couldn't be more convenient for getting around. We caught the limousine bus from Narita airport to the hotel and it dropped us off at the door. On the way back we caught the narita express from the station below and again really convenient. The area is great for atmosphere day time and evening with plenty of places to eat on your doorstep - would recommend" |

| "Pros :
1. Hotel is located at most convinient place, in heart of Shibuya
2. Not much disturbance in/out of room and not much noise as well.
Cons:
1. Price is cheaper but compared to hotels nearby of that standard it's still expensive given service/room size they provide
2. I would rate them below average in services, not quiet tidy in cleaning as most japanese hotels and also provide just one towel for a person, need to request always." |

| "My stay at the Tokyu Excel Shibuya far exceeded my expectations. The front desk was friendly and efficient. The room was small but clean and functional. The location, especially for the price, was outstanding. My room directly overlooked Shibuya Crossing, and the hotel was directly connected to both the JR and subway stations, and we were right in the middle of Shibuya. The room had free high-speed Internet. Each floor had vending machines for beer, Coke, and Diet Coke, among other things. I've stayed in more expensive properties in Tokyo, but none had a location as good as this. I'll definitely be staying at the Shibuya Excel again." |

| "A good compromise for visitors looking for modern, Tokyo glamor, but at prices far more affordable than the Park Hyatt in Shibuya, or even the Cerulean Tower. Rooms will show off the Tokyo skyline and you will have a sense of the electical buzz that permeates the newer parts of Tokyo. The trains are easy to access and since Shibuya station puts you right on the Yamanote line, you can easily use this hotel as a base to tour the city. Restaurant facilities in the Mark City plaza give conservative travelers in-house eating options, and if the lines (fast moving) are anything to go by, the sushi restaurant is a bonus for those craving real Tokyo sushi. I also frankly find Shibuya to be a friendlier, warmer place than Shinjuku which I find a bit cold. I feel happy looking out at Shibuya station. Rooms are clean and a decent size for travelers accustomed to space. I do wish there were better breakfast options--the Cerulean Tower has an incredible breakfast-included meal, but the hotel is much more expensive and a further walk from the train station. Then again, I did not try to prix fixe breakfast on the top floor. I will have to save that for another trip. There are cheaper hotels out there, but you will be comfortable at the Tokyu Excel." |

| "The Excel has a fantastic location in terms of being close to Shibuya station, restaurants, and shops. The room size is also pretty good compared to most Tokyo hotels. It would have been better if the hotel did not charge extra when you need to extend a check-out time beyond 11 am. " |

| "Couldn't think of a more convenient place to stay in Tokyo.
Limo bus direct from Narita Airport.
Sit right on top of Shibuya station and department stores.
Watch the amazing world pass by under your window." |
