Looked good by the internet but this hotel is not the nice Shinagawa Prince hotel; though officially connected, it is a very average "business hotel" attached to the nice one. For this, it is not a great deal.

| "There's a 500Yen eco-green voucher per person which you can redeem at the hotel's convenience shop or restaurants if you opt to have your room clean every 2 days instead of daily. Value for money and save the environment too!" |

| "The room was really tiny. Although the hotel was not running full-house, they were not willing to upgrade my twin bed to a double bed. Told them that I'm travelling with an infant so it's more comfortable for us to be in a double bed room but they said, can upgrade you only if you pay. This is not the kind of service I received from other Tokyo hotels. They've been very accomodating and always willing to upgrade room even without being asked.
The hotel location is very near the station. Merely 5 minutes walk but there aren't any exciting things around the hotel. Would definitely recommend vistors to stay in Shinjuku area instead. Easily accessible to all shopping belt and of course the various types of public transport - airport limo, JR, Odakyu, etc." |

| "Good location, just opp JR station. Lots of convenience as hotel occupies a big area with restaurants, supermarket, minimart within its own area. " |

| "The position at the Shinagawa was great just a 3min walk to the station but the room was tiny & I mean tiny which I guess you really have to expect in Japan." |
