I arrived at the hotel, several or more hours later than expected, I was courteously handed my paperwork and keys and a brief explanation about the hotel. Everything that I requested for I had received. I stayed on the 13th floor, where I had a very interesting view of the neighborhood. The elevators were extremely fast and quiet, no more than a 10-15 second wait.
Although the room was somewhat shopworn, nonetheless, it was extremely clean. The bathroom was stocked with the usual amenities, including a wonderful toilet seat (which is common in Japanese hotels). The maid staff was extremely helpful and offered more towels and even offered to clean my room when I was past the usual service time. The maid staff left a courteous note as a friendly reminder, if I wanted the room to be cleaned and restocked with clean bed linens and towels. I was at the hotel for two weeks but enjoyed the morning breakfast buffet, especially the fruit salad, which contained fresh fruits (Persimmons, Pears, Peaches). The front desk is manned 24 hours per day and most of the staff was friendly and helpful and many spoke and understood English. The shuttle bus ran from 7:00am to 10:00am with a break and began again from 4:00pm-9:00pm. The break in between shuttle service times was somewhat disconcerting, but I had my 15-20 minutes brisk walk from the train station to the hotel. The shuttle bus driver was always very courteous and helpful with suggetions on how to get around Tokyo. In fact, the hotel staff never once forgot to acknowledge my presence in the lobby or outside of the hotel. This hotel will be definitely recommended to others and I will without any hesitation be staying here again. Many tourists that I spoke to stayed here for a month or longer.

| "I found the location of the hotel very convenient. I found the room very small, the bathroom very very small, i did not appreciate the fact that i was travelling with my fiancé and you did not give us the choice to have a double bed. We had 2 small bed, and eventhaugh we did ask at the reception when we arrived, they told us that there was no double beds room available.We should have been able to choose during the booking or upon arrival at the hotel. I dont think i will come back to your hotel, neither recommend it to my friends. Sorry" |

| "The most convinient service of this Hotel is its Bus that transport you from the Hotel to the Shinjuku Station (and viceversa) each 20 minutes in the morning (from 7:005 to 10:30 am) and afternoon (from 16:30 to 21:30). The bath is small. No wardrobes in the rooms. The temperature of the air conditioning can not be regulated by yourself in the room, which means that you can eventually be colder than wished.

| "Food is very good. Staff is courteous and very accommodating.Wifi was a great help. Location is good enough. There is a shuttle service from the hotel to the mall and train station but it would be great if it's continuous.
Hopefully, the buses from the airport can stop by the hotel." |
