| "My two night stay was most enjoyable and I only gave one smilie face for location because it wasn't an easy place for my Japanese friends to get to by train lines or me from Nara airport.
The staff were most helpful and polite.
Thank you.

| "Good price for a stay in the heart of shinjuku! However, the room is a little too small. There isn't much space for luggage! Not suitable for big-sized customers unless they opt for bigger rooms!" |

| "The location is good, right in the heart of Shinjuku. The room is small which is typical in Tokyo. The smell from the toilet was unbearable, it smelled eventhough after we asked the cleaner to clean it again, we had to keep the bathroom door shut all the time. The hotel hardly provided any services, there were no porter services, no coffee nor tea were provided, only two green tea bags were provided everyday and we had to get hot water from the lobby. The wall or the door is very thin, we can hear everthing from the hallway.

| "Its not far from JR Shinjuku Station and Shinjuku Seibu Station is underneath the hotel. The standard room was ok, but small. If you want to be in the center of Shinjuku and nearby many train- and subwaylnes, this hotel is convenient." |
