"The location was very good. Short walking distance to the Shinjuku train station and limosine bus station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room although small but clean and adequate."

"fantastic location. the twin room was bigger than I expected for tokyo and the price I paid for. even the bathroom were bigger than what I had expected. the lobby staff were very, very helpful. including getting extra pillows for us was done in a jiffy just by making a call to the lobby. (sent up by one of the lobby staff who speaks english and able to answer our travel questions!) also had allowed us to store our luggage there for 2 further nights after we checked out without questions or cost! no complaints. breakfast is not provided but they have buffet breakfast at 1200 yen and multiple cafes just downstairs for cheaper alternatives. "we found the hotel location is very convinience in the shinjuku area and easy to travel by the subway and rail network. the room size for 2 person is quite good size and enough space. The lobby is not as busy as those tourist hotel and receptionist are quite helpful. "

"I'm rating the hotel based on convenience to the Shinjuku Station, 3 mins to D4 exit, nearer to the chikatetsu platform rather than JR. JR platform is a good 15 - 20 brisk walk particularly to platforms of single digit numbers! Those of you with luggage, you need to think and strategize on route to avoid kaidan (stairs). There is an elevator near Agnes B boutique of Odakyu from the hotel to station. Get off on B1 then look around before you start rolling your luggage around. The twin room size was surprising sizable for low-mid range Tokyo hotels like this one. Bath (small), cleanliness (sanitary) and service (good as per Japanese standards) are as expected. I didn't give the value a 4 because I compared the rate with hotels nearby, they provide breakfast. Naturally the distance to station is not as near, given the hotel 'range'. Lastly, this is NOT a hotel of an international chain for business trips, it's good for tourists with a busy day-schedule and to have a good sleep. Cheers."
