I always though Japanese provide the best service and they are very polite. I don't feel i have receive any warm welcome from this hotel and the front desk are not friendly and helpful. The location is not bad but i will not consider to stay there again.

| "The location was in the skyscraper district and was out of the way from Shinjuku station, nothing else nearby except Lawson store. Room was small and felt dirty. The typical profile of guests was mainland chinese tourists." |
