"Abit far from shinjuku shopping area, a good 15 mins walk but its good location for the airport limousine. Need more english speaking personnel to help out. The toilet shouldnt be elevated because it will cause inconvenient to the older people."

"I have just returned from Japan and stayed in this hotel. I travelled with my mate and we hoped to book twin room rather than double. Unfortunatelly when I was booking the hotel rooms over the internet there where only double rooms available, but when we got to the hotel the reception staff have hapilly changed the room to twin free of charge (I think twin was £10 pp extra). Hotel is very conveniently located to all major attractions - Yoyogi Park is walkable distance and only 2 stops in metro is Harujuku which I would strogly recommend for chic and funky clothing at very cheap price. Imperial Palace, Ropongi and Ginza are also very easily reachable. After speaking to few of our friends we found out that area is very popular with gays and is seen as seedy area. After living in London for 9 years I see this as a bit too harsh to call it seedy as it is business area (and even you cannot smoke on the street otherwise you will be fined)and you can find lots of small bars and restaurants to eat and drink. Also the hotel is located 5 minutes away walking distance to the largest station in Japan - Shinjuku station for JR lines and metro. I will deffinitelly recommend this hotel and would stay there again. "

"A good hotel in a good location. The single rooms are very small, and the bathrooms, whether you stay in a single or a double are small, but that's part of the hotel's charm - it is Tokyo after all! It's all pretty basic but it's in a good, quite quiet location, within easy walk of the bright lights and shops of Shinjuku and only 10mins walk from Shinjuku station which is one of the main stations and you can get trains and subway from here, including the Narita airport train. You can even walk to the hotel from the Shinjuku station totally underground, through underground walkways which cut out the traffic lights and getting wet if its raining - just follow signs for the skyscraper district near the south entrance, then follow signs for the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Buildings. For the money, I think it's a good option and I would stay here again."

"there is not much facilities in this hotel and for the amount I paid (USD 179), its not worth it. I was in Japan for 10 days and the previous hotels I stayed in is much better then this, bigger room, better toilet facities and cost lesser."
