Very nice hotel with very large spacious rooms and a nice spa bath(although I thought the jets were a bit powerful). Location isn't the best, although it's a two minute walk from Shinugawa station, Shinugawa isn't the best station for access to other areas of Tokyo. The area around the hotel is bland and only contains restaurants that do not cater for English (that I could see). I was annoyed to discover when I checked in that they added a 3000yen 'service charge' to the price I had accepted on the internet - they would not budge on the price. The hotel garden was very nice with mini temples and a pond that contained carp(very large). Staff are very pleasant and most were well educated in English.
