| "Too far from the town area.The yurikamome line subway took 30mins or so to get me to shimbashi station where i can transfered to JR line.Or you can spend ard 18mins on the rinkai line to osaki station.I was given the lowest floor which has no view at all.It was totally disappointing.Above all, the room itself was pleasant to stay in." |

| "The staff of the hotel do not speak english, that is terrible, and the reservation was for 2 days, I arrived one day later and they did not give me any option for the day that I lost (of course out of my control).
I could not print the voucher, so I printed it in the hotel and they charged me the internet and the printing machines, so that is totally unbelivable.
