"Great Service with English well spoken by staff. Great rooms with plenty of space for Japanese hotels, with views over the Tokyo Dome. Lots of restaurants and shops within 3 minute walk and close to JR and subway. Took me 20 mins to get to the Fish Market with one change of train. Airport Limousine picks up and drops off which is a big bonus for first time travellers."

"Indeed I enjoy the stay in Japan & in Tokyo Dome Hotel. My comments are few; Resturants & coffyshops close early by night compaired to other hotels I stayed in in other countries It was my Fasting season so I did not take breakfast in the time limit for the bofet, I would appreciate if the brakfast can be preserved in the future for people like me for later, particularly it was paied. Thanks for AsiaRooms for sellecting this hotel for me"

"Eccellent hotel with proffessional and helpful staff. Most had a reaasonable command of English and some were fluent. We had a triple room which was well set out and gave us plenty of space. we had fantastic views over the city and Tokyo Dome from our 16th floor window, especially when there was an event at the Dome. Good location with 2 subway stations, lots of shops and amenities nearby. We felt safe and secure in the area and hotel at all times. Only down side was having to pay for coffee in the room, which to be fair seems to be a regular thing in Japan, and there were no facilities for changing travellers cheques in the hotel or local banks. Overall though, a most enjoyable experience."

"Excellent hotel, great location, facilities and staff. Good value. The best jazz bar on the 43rd floor!! Good breakfast. I am reluctant to let others know. "

"Great modern Hotel. Stayed with my wife and 11 year old son. Fantastic view of the dome and funfair from the room especially at night. Very quiet, especially considering its busy location. Handy for all the major attractions with a subway and railway station nearby. Try and take in a baseball game, great fun and right next to the hotel. Excellent staff who were very helpful and spoke English. Lots of reasonable restruants nearby as well as the hotel selection. Took the Narita express train from the Airport (no limo coach avail between 1030am and 1430) then Taxi from Tokyo station. Returned using the Limo coach service, very efficient, about £10 per adult. "this is an excellent hotel. tokyo dome and the theme park is just next to it. the lcd tv provided is impressive and the overall cleanliness and service is excellent. if you're interested in events at the tokyo dome or the theme park, this is a highly recommended hotel."

"The Tokyo Dome Hotel was very nice. Clean, good sized rooms. We had a great view of the Tokyo Dome and the amusement park. The JR was one block away. The staff was very pleasant and courteous and the people I had contact with all spoke english which was a huge bonus because my japanese is very limited. The only complaint I have is that the reason I picked this hotel was because it has a pool, which looked very nice. BUT they charged $10 a day for a guest staying at the hotel to use it! The price we paid for the room should definitely have included use of the pool!"

"Business traveler for business in area so I found the hotel and esp returaunts far too noisy with "adult Japanese" groups of mid 20 something who behave like small children, perhaps worse. The small children there were better behaved than these others as they were with adults. Really terrible to eat in the buffet for dinner with these types!! "

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and speak good English. The room was very clean and we had a good view of Tokyo. There's an amusement park with several rides and baseball park where the tokyo giants play. Breakfast was delicious."

"This hotel is conveniently located next to the Suidobashi JR station and the Tokyo Metro Mita line. It is withing walking distance of 3 convenience stores, attractions, shopping, and restaurants. It is easy to get to anywhere in Tokyo from this hotel. The service was fantastic, and everyone was extremely polite. We bought some dvd's while in Tokyo and rang the bell captain who promptly brought up a dvd player and installed it and even checked it to make sure it was working properly. This was free of charge. The western style buffet that was included in our room package was delicious and had a many options, during the week, they even had Japanese food. The view from the bar at the top was amazing and if you take a ride on the ferris wheel at night, you can get a great view of Tokyo and the hotel. From our room on the 16th floor we could see the Tokyo tower and the great lights of Tokyo at night. The room was kind of small, and we had a three person room. They added an extra bed to a 2 person room and so I was a little disappointed with the size, but all rooms in Japan are pretty small. I slept on the rollaway bed and it felt just like the regular beds in the room, it wasn't the usual rollaway, lumpy bed with bars that they usually bring at other hotels. All the beds were firm. This was a great hotel. I definitely recommend it."
