| "We found the staff to be very helpful at all times. We booked a double non smoking room, however only a twin non smoking room was available. We chose an option of upgrade to an executive room, which included breakfast for an additional HK $200. The room was clean and tidy and adequate for our needs. We chose to stay in that location as we wanted to explore the historical part of Macau. It wmay not be suitable for someone wanting to take advantage of the casinos. It was perfect for our needs. Thank you very much" |

| "Apart from the very friendly and helpful security man, this place was pretty grim! Although centrally located in the old part of town, it certainly was the worst Best Western I've stayed in. The rooms were dirtly and smelly and had a terrible outlook, the beds were rock hard and the reception staff really quite rude!" |

| "Although the hotel's location is quite convenient, the hotel is very old and the facilities are very basic only. Personally I think the hotel rooms definitely need to be renovated - e.g. carpets look old and dirty and the light shades are broken!

| "The hotel location is pretty central, about 5 mins' walk to Senado Plaza and a few eating places nearby. However, that's about the only plus point. The room was decent with basic amenities, but personally, it's not value for money for the price we paid. It could get disturbing if you get inconsiderate neighbours with are noisy and the rooms have no view. One thing I did not like was that the bed was extremely hard to sleep on. I had also requested for a double bed but was given a twin bed instead, even though the hotel was obviously not full and my reservation was made more than 2 months' in advance. " |
