| "The location of the hotel is good, nice views of plantations can be seen from hotel room windows. The room is big enough for 2 adults and 2 children. Extra bed is no worth paying for it. It is a foldable bed and matress is very hard. The swimming pool water is v cold. The staffs in the chinese resturant are kind and friendly, the foods prices are reasonable. Anyway, this hotel is suitable for short stay. " |

| "The equatorial has a 4 star rating however it is not a 4 star hotel. We originally booked into just the standard room however upon arrival the room looked very sparse, the bed linen looked thin and threadbare and all the walls and furniture including the ceiling were scratched and marked. It felt like a 2 star budget place to me by UK/NZ standards.
I told the reception staff that the room did not meet my expectations and they were excellent and upgraded us. the new room was marginally better but the bathroom and furniture were still extremely dated, but appeared clean. All people who served us were very friendly and helpful at all times and really were the hotels saving grace.
Facilities wise, the resturants are fine, cheap and cheerful. We went to go swimming but the pool was empty. The views from the rooms were good, and the location is fine if you have a car, but I think that is a requirement anywhere in this region.
So it was an OK stay which didn't meet our expectations. Would not stay there again, would opt for one of the more expensive choices for the extra comfort. It certainly seemed expensive too when comapared to the 5 star hotel we stayed at in KL for the same price. Walk in prices were far cheaper than the rates we paid online if you are willing to take a risk." |

| "The Good: Truly sensational views, good food
The Average: The rooms are in serious need of an interior decorater's touch
The Bad: The millions of rampaging kids
This hotel is not in Brinchang as the hotel's promotional information claims, but is about 4km's out. So you need a car, or prepare to be inconvenienced. Otherwise not a bad hotel." |

| "The loation of the hotel was great, on top of a knoll overlooking Brinchang. The problem was that the hotel has not been keeping up with the maintenance of its rooms and bathrooms. The bathroom was grimy and the bath tub was missing a plug.
The breakfast room was also overcrowded with people and there were insufficient staff to help clear used tables so that other guests could take breakfast. " |

| "The location of this hotel is very good.
but the services and the roles in the hotel and the facilities is very very bad.
for example:
- No heating system in the room and the location is very cold, when you ask for (1)extra plankets you should pay 20 Rm daily ????
- The baby(inf.) coat (bed) are not available?? that's mean you have to arrange bed by your self.??
- If you dial any international calls they will charge you around 10Rm for each call even No body answer your call i mean you do not talk to any body and they will charge you??????????????
- they are not arrange bus reservation to bush you to use the hotel taxi?????
alot of note's and no body will take care for your inquiry.
thank's" |

| "Hotel room and breakfast is o.k, but no aircon or fan. It feels stuffy at night and even during the day as the weather is getting warmer at Cameron Highland. Really appreciate if the Hotel could at least install a fan." |
