| "For the price paid, the hotel was definitely not upto the mark. From the look and feel, I could understand that this would have been once a good hotel, but has been maintained badly ever since.
Either improve the hotel singificantly or lower the prices to 50%.
Cheers" |

| "For a 3 star, it's the worst one I've ever been to. The room's very dirty and smelly, we went for breakfast at 9:30am and found the hot food are cold and looks very much like left overs from other's plate, and the fruits had insects all over it. We booked the hotel for 2 nights and checked-out after 1 night stay cause we cannot stand it. Apart from "size" there's nothing that worth noting about this hotel at all." |

| "This hotel must have been great when it first opened and it still looks lovely from the outside and has a beautiful location. However once inside and past reception, which is gleaming, the rest of the hotel is very shabby and has not been maintained properly. If you were paying £30 a night fair enough, but it is overpriced for what you get. However it looks like they are building a new hotel on the site so in a year's time perhaps the reviews will be different!" |

| "The hotel can only be considered as at most a 3 star hotel. Luckily the bathroom is acceptable. The room also has balcony offering a good view. The buffet breakfast is only basic and there are not many varieties. There are no slippers provided and not enough towels as well. The hotel is close to coach station and town centre although we still have to walk 10-15 minutes. In general the hotel is acceptable as there are not many nice hotels in Tanah Rata. There were many Japanese groups stayed in this hotel while we were there." |

| "Getting way past its best - would rate it more as a 2*+ or maybe 3* than a 4 star. Supposed to be a short walk into town - yes, but steeply downhill (and of course uphill to get back back again) and more than a "short walk". Its saving grace is its good location. Okay for one night but glas we were not there for longer." |

| "Considering this hotel was supposedly one of the better ones in the Highlands, I was really quite unpleasantly surprised. The room smelled, the other tenants were extremely noisy, the breakfast was AWFUL because the food looked old and stale, and the chef who cooked the omelette coughed all over it before serving it to us. The building was in very poor condition and needed a good paint. Sorry but a definite NO NO for this hotel if you're looking for a quaint, charming Cameron Highlands experience. " |

| "Its a great place.. quite and peaceful.. not much people moving around.. however, not much entertainment too.. good for couples or people planning to get some personal space and quality time together." |

| "When we went it was during the Chinese New year. The staff were extremely busy and the reception was chaotic. They staff did their best to meet our needs, but my parents had been allocated a room at 3.30 that had not been cleaned yet and then were given another room where there was no water at all. This appears to be a common problem at the hotel - and in CH generally. They asked for water and were given bottles of water - to clean up themselves with!
Breakfasts were good, a wide range of foods. The staff seemed less than happy most of the time, it took a lot to get a smile out of them, perhaps because of the stress of being totally full to capacity. I would give it another try, but not during holiday times." |
