this hotel would only be rated 1 star rather than 3 stars. I've booked the 2nd expensive room in this hotel, however, the room size, cleanlingness and service are totally unacceptable. Then we asked for upgrade to the club room(the most expensive one) for this hotel, it's then ok and acceptable. So, I really can't imagine the cheapest room quality in this hotel. One of the worst thing about the 2nd expensive room in this hotel is the toilet. When I walked in there, I felt that I'm in a public toilet...!!! also the room size is really small according the $$$ i pay for.... also, it's dirty... some cigarette dust in the drawer and on the table, ... the sheet and blanket looks dirty (light yellow colour)... the check-in space looks like in train station... there's an express check-in counter for the 2nd and most expensive room we booked for, however, the info, the staff over there, no one will tell you about that. After wait for an hour for check-in in the "train station", we then found it out... it's totally no service at all as a "hotel"... it should be a Motel more likely... the most unforgettable experience is the breakfast... it's a buffet that everything have to "grap" not serve... too many ppl having breakfast at the same time.. it's like workers having lunch in a canteen... terrible...!!! scary...!!! As mentioned above, all your benefit that you should have have to find out yourself, no staff going to tell you about it...Actually, for me, as pay for the most expensive room, there's a lounge on the top floor, but no staff told me about it, I found it out on the ad next to the lift... it's not kidding, it's 100% real !!... if someone want to have some adventure in the hotel, this is the one you should go for.... if looking for some service, holiday feel, quality... please change your mind then.... !!! Good luck for someone who never plan there trip and say go and just go, without any reseach or expectation....!!! it was a nightmare for me......! I swear will never never never step into this "motel" !!! or even any hotel with similar name...!!

| "considering the quality of the other rooms available in genting.. this room was very clean and comfortable for the price.. i would definately stay there again & recommend it for sure...!! the advantage with this hotel is, the lobby is beautiful and it is well connected with the theme park and indoor theme park.. so its ideally located.." |
