"We are four bikers from Singapore and we stayed at Casuarina on our way back from Phuket. We liked the service very much, especially that they let us park right at the entrance so nothing could happen with our bikes. Also, the bar right at the lobby is great. We could have a drink there even before we saw our rooms. Breakfast was fine, too.
The only thing that I didn't like is absence of mini-bar in the room. The location is close to town, but Ipoh is not very friendly to pedestrians. We managed to find some good dim sum though."

"Hi,
Just a litter feedback.
This isn't the 1st time i stay in Impiana Casuarina. Every year during CNY i stay in it and i usually travel with my husband and my baby.I like the location, the room is clean and well mantained. But this time I'm a bit disappointed! When we stepped in to room#329, it has got a very strong smell like the room long time not being occupied and the carpet is very dirty!! I very particular about the cleanliness of the carpet because i bring small kid and they like to sit or lying down on the carpet.

"All was reasonably acceptable to our family. It seems they do not have and/or not sufficient conencting rooms, and this can be very inconvenient for family like us who have 3 young children and needs such rooms. We have requested for such a room during booking, and we understand that it is all subjected to availability. However even if there wasn't such a room, we should at elast be given rooms next to each otehr or just a few rooms away. Instead we were given rooms at both end corners.. !!!
The coffee during breakfast was also not good. Should look into that area.

Would I stay at this location again: Most likely
Comments: Ipoh is not a touristic town like Melacca,Penang etc.,however there are still interesting places to visit and relatively close to Kuala Kangsar and central between KL and Penang.Therefore our expectations of the hotel were not high. We were 100% satisfied and enjoyed our 3 days stay. The hotel is under renovation already and when finished it will be a good place to stay.
Breakfast and dinner (buffet)are good.
