i will suggest all travellers not to go to johore bahru as it is a very dangerus place to be.
the poverty in that area is somenthing undescrible and people are ready to do anithing to make money even still passports and money pointing a knife to your throught.
we did not use the hotel that we booked because we been told by local people to avoid that area as it was very dangerous.
please all travelers do not stay in johor bahru.
spend a bit more but stay in singapore.

| "I had many to tell about this hotel. I trying to make it short. The location is great, accross the main street but quite far to reach downtown ( City Square ). I love the largish room even it need renovation for the bathroom. The hotel has minim facility such as the person who greet the guests and taking care of guests luggages. We have to bring all our luggages to reach our room in 11 floor after I change the room since I got the room with no window! I asked the reception to give me another room and i have to go back to the reception only for changing the room key! It's quite rude i think...since we're quite tired and arrived at the hotel at 1 a.m!
On the last day when I want to go for breakfast, the restaurant were full with the group and no more seat. There were 10 guest including us waiting in front of the restaurant with no rest.crew accompanied. After 10 minutes seeing people eating (yaks!) the crew said that we have to wait for another 10 minutes. Then we go to lobby and go back after 15 minutes and we're still couldn't have my breakfast! I go mad and asked the girl to give the table for us. It took more than 30 minutes to have a table, I said that you have to prepared all the guest needs especially when the guest are full.
Bad service starting from the receptionist, hotel restaurant until we have check out after 2 nights stay. No good impression for the service!

| "Need to improve on the breakfast spread, it's too minimal. For the room dining they need improvement too, most of the food serve is tasteless. As for the swimming pool the hotel need to improvise cause there's no baby pool it's not convenient for those with family and small children." |
