The hotel, which was once a luxury one, is looking rather dated and tired. New carpets and redecoration would help a lot. The breakfast service area was rather congested. The front desk staff did not have very good English which lead to our getting some inaccurate information, which fortunately was rectified later when talking to a different clerk. The taxi we ordered did not come on time, but the bellhops were helpful about this. However, the cost of the accommodation was reasonable, and the room relatively comfortable and of a good size. The swimming pool was splendid, although we did not have time to use it as we were in transit.

"Location is ok.. It is less than 5 mins drive from City Square.. Hotel facilites include swimming pool, gym and massage.. There's a pub also.. But the thing that I dun like is the service. My fren & I were one of the earlier ones that reached the hotel.. However, we were the last to check-in. The hotel lobby's service is extremely slow and there were no smiles on their faces when we checked in. Then when we reached our room (sea-view). The view is exactly the same as the picture online. Very pretty. Then we realized that the lamps on the tables were not working. We tried to call Room Service, but no one picked up, so we called Front Desk. They said that they will arrange someone to come up, but after 30 mins, no one turned up to fix the lamps. In turn, we had to call the Front Desk again and finally after 15 mins, someone came up to change the bulbs. The room was rather spacious. But there was stains in the carpet and the wood seems a little worn out with lots of scratches. Other than that, everything was perfect. The front desk people start smiling at us and patiently answered our every question. Very nice. Breakfast was good with selections availble."

"We had no hot Water in the room. Staff is not friendly. Location for holiday not really good. Not Hyatt standart...I'd not go there again."

"Overall, the hotel was good with attentive service. Restaurants were of a good standard but at hotel prices. The bathroom sink was filthy and only the obvious had been cleaned. While seated on the toilet, you could see the build up of 'crud' around the top of the sink -- pretty aweful, really."

"Everything is good!1st impression last! Nice hotel lobby, good food in the cafe and swimming pool was great. Service from reception, bellhop, housekeeping and cafe was great too. Only in the room, if they could do something with the sliding bathroom door and carpet... and everything will tiptop. Upon check in, we found the sliding door was slunting and nearly fall. It is dangerous as it can fall anytime but we manage to put it in place ourselve as it is easily fixed. As for the carpet,they realy need a shampoo time.. another thing, the cafe was too small. How if they having high occupancy??... we have to wait and Q for braekfast for 20mins before we could sit and enjoy breakfast. Pls find other alternative and soltution to the points above... Its a nice hotel.. we will sure be back.. "
