| "Aircon in room seem cold even though temperature was adjusted high. No switch off button.
Buffet dinner (seafood) at cafe does not have a good spread.
Free drinks in mini bar was a surprise though nice as we stayed at the Imperial Deluxe.
The gym, steam & pool was indeed excellent - room kept clean & personnel was helpful.
As the night is very quiet in JB, it would be lovely to have a song & guitar band at the lobby lounge to soothe atmosphere.
Overall, it is a good stay.

| "We stay at the Puteri Pacific Hotel for 2 days recently in June. We were surprised at the well maintained bathroom and the sumptuous breakfast that greeted us. The room were also clean and spacious.
It is within a few minutes walk to city square and other eateries. Exactly what we need.
Will definitely consider staying in the hotel again." |

| "I stayed at the Princess Delux Room which was spacious and clean. The swimming pool was of great value to me. I just had to comment on the blanket provided in my room. It's too thick, hard and heavy like a rug." |

| "It's a hotel located right in the middle of Johore Baru city.Very good location for those who have shopping and Dining in mind. Can have varieties of food choice within walking distance. The swimming pool isnt that big.Anyway it is expected of hotels within town area." |
