I booked Superior room for 2 through Asiarooms.com.
Upon check in I was given even bigger room (with queen bed & single bed)on the 23rd floor. Even though we didn't need additional bed it was nice to have bigger size room. The room was clean and filled with light. There was no smell whatsoever which was mentioned in some reviews (I have to mention that I am quite sensitive to smells). Breakfast was a bit disappointing – very small choice of food, no fruits except for watermelon and 2 diluted juices. However, it’s wasn’t the high quality of breakfast I was there for and anyway it was OK. The staff was quite welcoming and helpful, especially bell boys. Housekeeping was a bit disappointing – when we requested electrical adapter somebody came and told that they don’t have any. When I explained that it’s written in their services description that they provide adapters and any hotel of this class should have them, the guy said that he would find one. We waited for over 30 min, he didn’t turn up and went to sleep. Can’t say that the location was the best, but considering low taxi prices it’s not a problem.
Overall, it’s a good hotel and at the price from Asiarooms.com – good value for money. I’m happy that chose it.

| "The room was very big but facilities in the hotel was very worn out and old. The bath room was small in size like a budget hotel type." |

| "Beleive it was a nice 4 star hotel when it newly opened. However the maintenance of rooms and facilities were conducted very economically. " |

| "1. I was not aware that the hotel has given us superior room instead of deluxe rooms which I have booked. I only noticed when we were in the lift which states higher room is deluxe room and I was staying on the 20th Floor which is superior. Upon checking out, I asked the counter staff and she simplying told me that that the hotel have upgraded it to deluxe. I was quite disappointed with the answer because the furnishing in the rooms are not new at all, so how can it be upgraded?
2. They have also given us smoking room/floor." |

| "The Selesa is a shabby hotel badly in need of a refurbishment, which the courteous staff said was in hand, although with no evidence.
No rooms have safe boxes in them, although the facility is available at the front desk.
I did not stay at the hotel.
Staff helpful, hotel not worth listing, unless you are really on a budget, and then it's probably too expensive!!!" |
