| "We had two meals at the cafe restaurant (dinner and breakfast). The food was terrible. If you stay in the hotel avoid the restaurants." |

| "I read abt lots of reviews of this hotels so i knew what is coming along the way.
First, true enough, it took us quite a while to check into the room. There was only one slow, not smiling lady servicing the check in line. This kills the first impression. Nevertheless, she managed to give us the room facing we wanted after we reminded her again.(though we put our request during the booking online)
Secondly, the room pillows are really very flat(as per one og the reviewers mentioned) i requested housekeeping for extras ones n they fulfilled without much hassle. I must say their housekeeping service is pretty prompt..
Thirdly, with regards to the music created by the live band from level 6 nightly, it can be quite disturbing if you are with a family with children(who need to sleep ard 9 or 10 pm) cos the music is really quite loud even though im staying at level 14 we can still hear through the door closed tight. Fortunately, everything ended ard 12am.
Fourthly, I would like to recommend to those who are staying in this hotel to try the seafoods sold in one of the Chinese Tze Cha stall in the big brightly lit coffeeshop. I dont remember the name but its the first chinese coffeeshop walking down from the hotel. there is a korean rest above this coffeeshop. For ppl who love seafood, must try the cereal prawns n salted egg crabs, very delicious and most importantly, very cheap. RM$5 per 100 gms only... can never find in S'pore
Lastly, the hotel ABF was satisfactorily overall. They offered a wide range of varieties from Western to asian n locals... 2 thumbs up for that :)

| "Hi there this is my 2nd stay at your hotel. I will definitely come back with a longer stay. Your counter assitant was very polite. Rooms were clean and view was good. 2ndly i was able to change my room to non-smoking room which i really appreciate. My mom likes the surrounding but only 1 thing i was not able to move further from your hotel. Becoz not very sure. Can i check how much must i pay for membership. Thank you." |

| "The exterior design of the hotel is nice, but the hotel room were disappointing. As its old furnished, the pillows stained and carry some odour.
Hope to see improvement on the room furnising and cleaniness." |

| "It is good that my family and me were allowed to have extra hour for check-in and check-out. The front desk is good enough to call me when the room was readily available to check in after my request. Room size is rather small, but it has a good sea view sight.
Staffs are friendly and we were well approached.
Negative.
The night was disturbing with the very loud music from the night spots and KTV lounge right outside the hotel. I was unable to get into sleep until like 2am." |

| "My family and I enjoyed our stay at Zon Regency. We like applaud the service of the hotel, the courteous staff who is always willing to go the extra mile to render assistance. The rooms are indeed spacious and the sea view is excellent. It is surrounded by excellent eateries and shopping. We look forward to our next stay at Zon which would be coming soon. We have also highly recommended Zon regency to others." |

| "1. The safe box was not working and after calling the front desk who promised for somebody to come forward to fix it, it was not done at all.
2. The front desk counter is full of people queeing most of the time with very slow service.
3. The parking is very inconvenient where the hotel guest has to go to the reception counter each time to request for complimentary stamp.
4. Hotel is generally very run down with a lot of locations not being refurbished for years." |
