| "A great base to explore from
There is lots to do in Kota Bharu so this is a great place to base yourself. The hotel is of a very good standard and the rooms are pretty large breakfast is good
The chinese restaurant is good but quite expensive. There are some good local places to eat including the top floor of the shopping mall next door
The night market is a must do and great for eating its about 10/12RM in a taxi (15 minutes away)" |

| "After traveling more than 12 hours the warm welcome at the check-in counter was a blessing. The corridor leading to the rooms was bright and the carpet clean and the air smelt fresh - that shows daily maintenance is upheld. The room was made in our absence and the name of the cleaner was also stated clearly - shows that the hotel ensures that the cleaners take ownership of their work!! Keep it up and I will definitely love to stay in this hotel again the next round when my family comes by Kota Bahru." |

| "This is the best hotel in kota bahru and it is the onley five star in the area. The location is excellent
The only problem we faced was with housekeeping they did not clean the room on time and it was done the next day but problem was corrected by hotel management" |
