| "there is some truth in the previous reviews by other guests that upon arrival, guests should remind the receptionist about requests made during the time they were making their reservations over the internet. other than this, i found the room satisfactory and the crew/staff courteous." |

| "Not a bad place really. Close to shopping centres, bars and restaurants. Could have used a shower curtain in the bathroom though. Other than that, it was good." |

| "We arrived in KK early morning and we couldn't checked in eventhough I have asked for early check-in. At least we get to leave our luggage and had breakfast nearby. Our room was clean and glad that they provide toiletries including toothbrush. And the hotel was kind enough to give us breakfast vouchers due to our difficulties in checking in. Breakfast was okay. It filled up me and my family. Cleaning services was acceptable except they don't change the pillow when my baby spilled some drinks on it. They just turned it over. Checking out was quick. It took me less than 3 minutes, and manage to leave my baggage again since I had a late afternoon flight. " |

| "Being a part of Warisan Square, the hotel definitely makes shopping a breeze, with shops and eateries less than a ten second walk away. It also faces Centrepoint, another main shopping area. Food is also not a problem as the Waterfront, a restaurant belt with both cheap eateries to high end restaurants, not to mention pubs and bars, is just across the road. It's rooms evoke a modernistic chic outlook, with trendy chairs in bright red. The roof restaurant is overhyped though. There is a lot of potential for it, but clearly it wasn't the case. It appeared to be a more glorified version of an air conditioned cafeteria. Also, breakfast choice was very limited, and the "service with a smile" was clearly not seen, even when the customer are the ones initiating the smile!" |

| "It was a good hotel to stay especially for budget traveler.
They need to improve their services in their Restaurant. The food there is not really nice and have a really poor services." |

| "Great location but the service was horrendous!
*Out of 3 nights stay, 2 of them the room was never cleaned and I had to call and explain to them over and over that I wanted my room cleaned every day.
*The shower has no door so the entire bathroom floor gets wet
*No "DO NOT DISTURB" sign in the room (ironically enough they have a "MAKE UP MY ROOM" sign, but apparently they don't pay too much attention to that)
*When they did finally clean the room, they did not give us toilet paper after it was all out (kind of important right?)
*Impossible to get an omelette made during breakfast. Worst cook ever
*Upon check-out, they could not figure out how much I owe for a 1 minute local phone call I made. They told me 3 different prices in a matter of 10 seconds." |
