"The location of Royale Bintang Hotel is excellent. The rooms are very clean and well-decorated and you feel really at home staying in this hotel. The staff are very warmth and polite and they take pride in their work and provide quality services. You will enjoy going to the gym and swimming pool. The buffet breakfast has a wide spread of food compared to other hotels. I never fail to book to stay in Royale Bintang Hotel whenever I come to Kuala Lumpur. I highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and colleagues. "

" Hello, Just to add in some of my observation. The service is polite but when it comes to solving problems not too good, eg I was made to wait @ the lobby for 30mins because they didn't properly scan my cards(can't get into my rooms) They didn't even apologize or whatsoever. :p I am okay if they state this as a 3star hotel.. But they dare to show off their best 4 stars photo. Not too pleased with this. Gotta admit the location is good; I would recommend federal next to it."

"ORIGINALLY ASKED FOR DELUXE NON-SMOKING ROOM ON HIGH FLOOR, BUT WERE GIVEN STANDARD ROOM ON SMOKING FLOOR ON A NOT SO HIGH FLOOR. AS WE GOT TO THE ROOM AND SAW THAT THE REQUIREMENTS WERE ALL WRONG, IMMEDIATELY CALLED RECEPTION AND SOON AFTER THAT GOT CHANGED TO OUR ORIGINAL REQUESTS. APART FROM THIS EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREAT. ENTRANCE OF THE HOTL IS NOT VERY CHARMING."

"Only drama this time was at checkin. After changing rooms 3 times we finally found one ready for us to move in. The other 2 were yet to be cleaned and we checked in after 1pm. "
