"Got in on a late flight,i thought there was a shuttle bus but that was not to be.The Terminal in KL a very confusing place it needs a shake up.The hotel is very clean and the rooms are massive i would stay there again."

"I was having problem with inetrenet and when asked 3-4 times they said we are fixing and nothing was done and al they said yes we will let you know.
Nothing was done, I had to get my business letters and details but was stuck and could not prepare for my buisness seminars and let my family know I had arrived safely.

"The Place was great! Nice and close to the airport, rooms are clean and very nice. The shuttle bus was very convenient- great for an early flight! The buffet breakfast was amazing great variety! Will definitely say here again!!! "

"We stayed one night at this hotel whilst on transit. It is a typical budget airport hotel and therefore I would not recommend it for anything else other than transit stays. The rooms are very clean although totally uninspiring. The corridors resemble more a prison than a hotel. Breakfast was adequate."

Would I stay at this location again: Probably not
Comments: The staff are friendly, the rooms and bathrooms are clean and it is suitable for a stopover but, nothing more.
Not the place to stay if you want some peace and quiet! The place is a bit tired and laid out as if it was previously a minimum security prison.
Ask for a room as far away from reception as you can that has no neighbours. Bring earplugs and have a few drinks to help knock you out as the noise from the service carts and people walking past your door on the tiled corridor before allowing their fire rated door to slam shut and shake the building.
There is aircraft noise but, this is to be expected as it is very close to the airport.
The shuttle service to the airport is handy.
Breakfast was very good!
