"hotel was far from the city centre. Service was the worst we had. There was cockroaches and insects in the room even after disinfecting it. It was the worst 4 hotels that we stayed in"

"The 'cleanliness' must need a lot of improvement. My previous stay the room was neat but it has a lot of broken glasses on the bed n floor. A friend of mine cut her hands when she was seated on the bed n the other friend cut his foots due to there were a lot of broken glasses every where."

"I chose Pearl International because the hotel is very near to my intended destination. This is my first time in the hotel and I'm overall pleased with the room. The staff at the front desk is helpful and I think it would be great if they should always put on a smile. I didn't had a chance to use the facilities as renovations was in progress, but I think the place will look great after the work is completed. Although the location is not very strategic, but I find it quite convenient. I'm not a fussy person, but I didn't enjoy the complimentary breakfast. Overall? I'm satisfied and happy. I will be back to enjoy the service again."

No way!

Comments:

Make us wait too long to just check-in. In my room i had broken glass unwash spoon. Other then that things were O.K..But not a hotel to recommend. When u book in a hotel u should have that sort of special feeling which my wife & kids did not have.One last thing the gym they had need to revamp nothing seem to be in working condition.
