"Pleasant stay in Pacific Regency! Received a welcome drink and towl to freshen up while checking in. Check in was smooth and fast.. maybe it was because i checked in in the evening. Location is ok, but do note that hotel entrance /main lobby is located at level 7, there is a slope to work on if u walk into the hotel. .. with major shopping centre within 15 mins if travel by cab. Room & toilet is spacious & well equipped. Do expect to see great views.... i was staying on level 30 but saw back alleys.. 1 hr to airport via taxi.Good variety of food for Buffet breakfast . staff were courteous. Check out was instant.. cause i was late for flight. .."

"This apartment hotel is listed 4 stars, but easily can be upgraded to *****! I traveled all my life and can compare service and attitude of any hotel in the world.Years ago we stayed in Istana, Melia, ShangriLa in K.L. , so this Pacific Regency was new for us. Amazing : the whole check in (for 3 of us) was done in exactly 3 minutes. The upgrade was a surprise, as was the spacious room, open kitchen, tv sets, DVD's, spectacular view and the same royal bathroom as in our house in Thailand, so we feel "at home " here. The restaurant not only serves a sumptuous breakfast, but has for dinner very fine Thai food. Staff there was half Filipino and Thai. This restaurant, 23rd floor , is high awarded by the Malaysian Tattler , and has our blessings too.Not at least due to the smoking section they provide. Location : take the hotel taxi's, no hassle, but slightly higher priced as the street cabs. K.L. improves a lot and is very tourist friendly these days. This attitude was reflected in the staff of this hotel: the warm hospitality and charming people makes it all. The disco on the topfloor we could not pay a visit, they have a dress code, and we were a bit tired to change and had our wine in the room .We will certainly come back here."

"really nice hotel! very close to menara tv tower, 3 rng from the hotel to Petronas. TJI Fridays is really close to the hotel. very clean. at 24 floor marvelous view on the petronas from the hotel! value for the money! "
