"We had a very positive experience at Mutiara Crowne Plaza! Although we knew of the hotel, we had not stayed there before and did not know what to expect as we rarely hear any mention of it. We were very pleased with the spacious room and bathroom, friendly service and location. It is less than 10 minutes' walk to the "party area" of Jalan P. Ramlee, about 15 minutes to Hard Rock Cafe down the road at Concorde Hotel, and only 5 minutes to Pavilion mall! From Pavilion it is another 10 minutes walk to KLCC. So convenient we didn't need to take the car out. For the more adventurous, the monorail stops right in front of the hotel. We will not hesitate to stay here again.
Our only "complaint" is about the breakfast. Despite the wide and excellent range of the buffet breakfast, service was slow and seemed chaotic. The food took a while to be replenished, and several times I went back to the items I wanted and found empty trays. The egg stations (there were two) were poorly manned, but I did get them in the end."

"The location was perfect on the Monorail line, 5 min walk to KLCC and 10 min walk to Bukit Bintang (good shopping, restaurant area). We only had 2 nights here to see the KL sights and the location of the hotel was perfect for getting around. Great gym/health club with lots of equipment. Great breakfast and staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool wasn't huge but we weren't in KL to chill by the pool (we saved that for Langkawi and Penang). We were very impressed with this hotel and it's location and would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be central to everything -especially shopping!"

"We stayed at the Crowne for 5 nights while in KL and found it within easy walking distance to Bukit Bintang, monorail was at our door step. Hotel staff were excellent. We had a night flight and got to the hotel at 7.2oam and were checked straight into our room. The room over looked the twin towers on the 26th floor so that was truly a treat. Breakfasts were fantastic, my husband was in 7th heaven!! All in all nothing to complain about. Had a great stay and would not hesitate staying here again

Would I stay at this location again: Absolutely!
Comments: Had the Grand Deluxe room and it was well worth the added cost. The room was spacious and well kept. Shopping was only 5 minutes walk away, breakfast was superb and the staff was very attentive and polite. I thoroughly enjoyed my weeks stay at the Crowne Plaza Mutiara and would recommend it to anyone.
