They put botle water but no warning for the bathroom water and the bathroom is very small with black animal when we ask for help for order a car with a driver they bring us to a company that have office in the hotel but its a very expencieve company 120 € for a trip to cameron higlands we do with bus for only 32 euro including 2 hours taxi there that when the busstation where you can order very nice trips is only 100 meter from the hotel and 4 times cheaper than in the hotel self the hotel is not bad but also far from good

"The location of the hotel is in the strategic area, unfortunately the basin in the bathroom has a leak so that so wet."

"We were MORE than impressed with the Ancasa Hotel. From the first moment we pulled up, the service was fantastic. We always had someone available to answer our questions (although, we found some sources more reliable than others), the lobby was beautiful and welcoming, the breakfast was one of the best we've ever been to, and the room, although modest, was a good value for the money. We also felt like the location couldn't have been much better. We were walking distance to several attractions, right by China town, and were surrounded by food shops, restaurants, and great markets. We also easily walked through China town to get to the monorail, which was cheap and efficient. We were sad to leave this hotel, and would definitely recommend it to others. Although we didn't use many of the extra facilities, it looked like they had a good variety and something for everybody. Thank you, Ancasa. "

"The lobby of the hotel raises your expectation so much that you struggle to live in that very simple room clean, simple. "
