| "THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE HAVE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL, WE DIDN'T THINK IT COULD BE ANY BETTER, BUT IT WAS. THE ROOMS HAVE BEEN TOTALLY REFURBISHED SINCE OUR LAST STAY 2 YEARS AGO.THE ROOMS WERE VERY BIG AND EXTREMELY CLEAN.THE LOCATION IS SECOND TO NONE, OPPOSITE SHOPPING MALL AND PWTC METRO STATION.THE BUFFET BREAKFAST IS FANTASTIC AND STAFF ALWAYS HELPFUL.FOR A FIVE STAR HOTEL THIS IS GREAT VALUE, WOULD RECOMEND TO ANYONE. IN SHORT WE CANNOT WAIT TO GO AGAIN NEXT YEAR!" |

| "The hotel was quiet OK. The problem was that they are renovating the old section. I was initially put on the old section which was in a very poor condition and the carpets were dirty. Only after complaints did they change my room." |

| "We were happy with our stay and would consider staying there again. As a smoker, I was allocated a non-smoking room although I did not click on non-smoking room option. Thankfully the matter was resolved to my satisfaction. I would suggest that you have an option for smokers to click on "smoking room" as currently, that option is not available. " |

| "I was a little disappointed with the hotel as I expected a lot more for a hotel with a 5 star rating. Firstly, I made a reservation for two rooms and we were not given rooms next to each other and we weren't even on the same floor!!! We asked reception to assist and they were not very helpful at all. We had to ask for connecting/adjoining rooms three times before we were finally given rooms on the same floor.We had to move rooms three times before they could accommodate our very simple request. We found the reception staff to unfriendly and uninviting compared to other Asian hotels like Thailand and the Philippines.
The rooms were very disappointing. The beds are old and the spring is sunken in, the lights at the mini bar was not working, the power socket came off the wall, the carpets were dirty and very old and the curtains were old.
At the time of visit they were refurbishing the top floors and in one of the rooms we were moved to, I got sick. I was coughing and had problems breathing because there was a foul disgusting smell coming out of the vents. We told several staff members and all they could say was that they were fumigating the top floors and house keeping came in to spray the room with air freshener which didn't solve the problem of the smell coming out of the vents. I'm still recovering from the cough and sore throat. " |
