Absolutely!
Hotel Nikko fully measured up to our expectations. The rooms were large and comfortable. Staff were attentive and friendly. We would definitely stay there again on our next trip to KL.

"I would describe our stay at Nikko Hotel as a most memorable and enjoyable ones. Service was excellent!
However, would comment that the bathroom amendities as not so up-to-date. Most 5-star and above hotels are now using liquid shower soap, while NIKKO is still providing soap bars to deluxe rooms.
Hope that the room service purchasing department could make some improvements.
I will definitely consider choosing Nikko again if I next visit Kuala Lumpur.

"Convenient location just besides LRT and 5 mins to KLCC. However, no convenient store nearby. And don't understand why the hotel taxi is more expensive?! Hotel service is good overall.

"Very clean and well kept hotel. Service is very good and the staff are very freindly. In one or two occasions we did not feel that we were well taken care of at the breakfast but nothing seriouse.
Else, it was very enjoyable stay and we fully recommend it. "
