| "For the price this was what we had hoped for. It could use a good renovation but it was still OK. It took three trips by the bellman back to the front desk to get the lock on the room to work as they were having some kind of a problem. But he stuck with us and got it fixed." |

| "We stayed at the Royale Bintang 3 nights mid-August 2008 (room 707) and we were absolutely delighted with this hotel.
Though not huge, the rooms are extremely pleasant : super comfortable bed, very convenient bathroom, big cupboards, nice view on the city (deluxe rooms), good breakfast buffet. Staff is helpful and efficient.
Location is perfect : just at the beginning of Bintang Walk, and monorail station (equidistant of Bintang and Imbi) and within walking distance of Pudu Raya bus station (about 10-15 minutes walk even when carrying big suitcases !).
extremely good value for money.
highly recommend it !" |

| "This hotel has great location for tourists, we were surprised how good, when its first visit to a city and you book on internet it's a lucky dip. Within walking distance to shopping/eating. If you walk up street and turn left into street opposite BB Shopping centre go 50 mts and you have great eating place, my wife reacts to MSG (we ate there 4 nights)
Needs some cosmetic work but we found it OK, room was clean!!
What bugged me the most the hotel wanted to charge 50RM ($17AUD) for 1 x 24 hr period to access internet and only in lobby. I just walked up street and sat in Starbucks with free WiFi other than that everything was fine.

| "I always stay at this hotel when I'm in KL. The deluxe rooms are good value and the location is excellent for all the central activities, including shopping and eating. The only real problem is at breakfast when after 9.30am long queues develop and there is much congestion around the lift lobby outside the restaurant as hungry people wait to eat! The doormen are just excellent and always very helpful and kind. " |

| "Nice people in the hotel.
Good breakfast, maybe more different kind of fresh fruit.
Rooms are clean, but in the hallway and sometimes also in the room it did not smell very good. Use of the fruit durian must be forbidden. Our last nigth somebody brought it very near to our room and it really does not smell nice." |
