Cancellation Policy
Changes and Cancellations
(a) Once made, bookings are non-refundable.
(b) Any changes regarding the date, room category, duration of stay of your booking will require you to cancel your initial booking and re-book your stay.
(c) Any cancellation of your booking MUST be done/made forty-eight (48) hours before the 1400 hours check-in time on the day of arrival and your account with us will be re-credited with the amount you have already paid with the cancellation charge being debited, and the net amount will then be held in your account with us as future payments for other accommodation booked through www.tunehotels.com. Any credits must be used within six months of the date of change or cancellation, or will be deemed forfeited.
(d) For any cancellations of bookings within or after forty-eight (48) hours, the monies paid are deemed forfeited. Multi-nights bookings cancelled after forty-eight (48) hours will also be deemed forfeited.
