"My husband, teenage daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn. We were revisiting Kuching having lived there 10 years ago, and found the hotel the perfect place from which to re-explore the city. The service was excellent and the room very adequate for our needs, having 2 QS beds. I would certainly recommend the Holiday Inn Kuching for families. It was very good value for money!"

"The shower in my room was not working properly on arrival, but the lady manager was kind to give me another room. Breakfast spread was not up to the standard at all. Apart from this, it was quite a pleasant stay for me."

| "Enjoyed the stay at the hotel.
- a very convenient location
- food places are just downstairs or across the street
- next to the waterfront
- shops and malls are within walking distance
- polite, helpful and kind staff
- clean and relatively well-maintained room
- breakfast spread is good
- nice cheese cake (the ones named as Baked Cheese Cakes are good) Noted frequent ordering of whole cakes at the counter by locals.
Downside :
- no gym facilities

"We stayed at the Holiday Inn in Kuching during the Rainforest World Music Festival and it was great. Rooms big enough, nice view over the river, clean and a huge breakfast buffet with lots of choice. The best thing though was that the shuttle bus to the festival runs directly from and to the hotel!"

Staff is very friendly, great breakfast, you name it they have it. Location is right in the center.

"Apart from its slightly old fashion design the hotel would be a OK. There is no door bell, no central control of hot and cold water example, hot water for shower still controlled by two different taps instead of a mixer (about time for renovation & upgrade). Location is fantastic, nice swimming pool except shortage of bath towels, good variety of food for breakfast. But overall I would expect a better condition for the amount I've paid and what happen to the hotel's email? I never get any responsed from the hotel's managent until now! "
