Bon Ton Resort, Langkawi

"Well.. First of all, i would like to extend my appreciations to the staff of Bon Ton and their furry friends. They have made our stay as comfortable as it can get, the service is fantastic. Each day we stepped into the room, it feels like we are at home, very cosy and comfortable, ready to sleep in. It is also very clean. The room that me and my friends were staying is the Cahaya villa. Big enough for 4-5 people. The staff is also very considerate in helping us set up the mosquito kits, otherwise we will have been bitten by the mosquitoes. The resort has prepared everything, they even have a mosquito kit, cotton buds, soap, mosturiser... etc. The facilities, they have a swimming pool and a jacuzzi, some sun-tanning chairs around the pool. And a relaxing sunset deck to chill out. You also will have your personal bellboy / girl, meaning the friendly furry animals, which is a cat, which will guide you back to your at night. The staff which was good enough to sit us down and explain us about our room, and what services they provide, and tell us about the attractions in Langkawi. I'll definitely come back to stay."

"My wife and I stayed @ Bonton resort for three nights(2 nights in 'Cahaya' and 1 night in 'Laguna')in January 2007.It was as good as we thought it will be.As there are only 7 or 8 'houses'it was indeed quiet peaceful.Both the houses we stayed were tastefully decorated. Cahaya should be perfect for a small family and Laguna for honeymooners.The restaurant food was good( we enjoyed 'Gulai House'food @ Datai even better).The staff were very helpful and friendly.There is a swimming pool,albeit small, but adequate to do a few laps. As the place is quiet close to the airport you can see and hear the planes - it wasn't that intruding though.If you dont like cats and dogs dont even think of passing by! No beach either - but the view of the fields and distant hills was even better. All in all we had a lovely time. Highly recommended."
