| "We decided to stay at Bellavista just because there where not that many options left when we came around to reserve a room. This was in end of november which turned out to be peak season since the schools in Malaysia have their holidays at that time of year.
Our stay started badly since my wife left her passport and wallet in the cab. This is when the great people of Bellavista came to our rescue. With the joint capacity of the owner and the operations manager they located the cab and helped us to get everything back within the hour. The owner even tipped of the driver on our behalf before he left.
The hotel was under renovation so I can understand the bad reviews but they had very much fixed up until Dec-2007. Even a new pool area down by the waterline. If you decide to go here don't forget the trainers since the personnel play Brazilian style futsal every evening and are very happy to let the guests join in.
Some things still needs to be fixed but the value for money is great." |

| "We are staying in Bella Vista Hotel on 3/8/2007.The room that are given by the hotel's staff accordingly to our booking from the agent(The Legend Worldwide Holidays Berhad) n we are staying in 3rooms apartment types which is given by the staff who served us.The apartment were very comfortable n clean.The next day 4/8/2007,6.30am++ we check out.The time when we check out is serve by another staff(malay guy),UNBELIEVABLE he ask us to made additional payment (RM170) due to the room we are staying is given WRONGLY by their staff!!He say according to our booking , we suppose to stay in 2 units Deluxe rooms.How we know that time the room we are staying is WRONG given by the staff,Coz we never stay in Bella Vista Hotel before.It is unfair to ask we pay for RM170 to cover up their staff FAULT even though we already stay overnight .
UNHAPPILY WE STAYING FIRST TIME IN BELLA VISTA HOTEL,WE ARE REGRET AND SWEAR NOT TO STAY IN BELLA VISTA HOTEL EVER!!!" |
