| "Cleaning Standards in the room could be improved, the room was not propper cleaned :Grouting mouldy,mirror & glasses dirty,flooring dirty, Stationary& Paper items stained not crisp.

| "we had wonderful time in Westin Langkawi . i loved the hotel its outstanding place . very romantic and my kids loved the private pool we had in our villa . we had great time although the weather was hot. " |

| "Great place very modern. Lovely restaurants and pools. Bar area overlooking harbour fab. Excellent value for money. While not cheap not the expensive prices you would pay at the other 5* hotels on Langkawi. So nice we are going again in September!" |

| "It is a really nice hotel for Langkawi on a big patch of land by itself which is close to Eagle Square and the Yacht Club and easy for the boat trip to the Marine Park. It is peaceful and relaxing with 3 different pools, multiple restaurants and a tennis/spa/fitness centre. The service was very professional.
It is very quiet so families with young kids that don't want to leave the resort would like it, but not good for those wanting a more vibrant nightlife.
The mid-rating is just that Langkawi is not really a true 5* glamour destination so the room is comfortable but a little old and not luxurious or fancy or stylish. Therefore not perfect in the room for romance either.
