"I don't believe it's not a 4 star hotel, totally over rate! Room facility is really old, funiture seems going to break, bed is uncomfortable, don't put any expectation. They should renew ALL rooms. Swimming pool is very small...... The only adventage is a night market around! If you haven't put "do not distrub", they will start knocking the door, pressing the bell and calling you as the want to clean up the room. If there's no response, they will use their key to open the door to disturb you from sleeping. HORRIBLE! I will NEVER stay again, even one night!"

"When we went to our room, it smelled terrible of smoke. In the toilette bowl was a cigarette, the safe was locked and no remote for the TV. On a lamp in the room was a used Lady pant hanging. That means that the room was not checked properly!"

Comments:

Room is too big. Eventhough I requested for not smoking room but I still can smell the smoking fragrant from previous occupiers. The office building next to it has obstruct a good city view. Location is good but still far to Gurney Drive. Breakfast has a limited choices.
