"This hotel was extremely clean, modern and in great condition. The beds were very comfortable, crisp clean sheet and lovely pillows - I slept very well here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The views over the sea are beautiful. The location is also great if you love good food - a pleasant 15 minute walk alongside the seafront to the famous Gurney Drive Food Centre. The location felt safe and I was happy to walk around after dark, as even mid-week there are lots of people about. "

"Lovely hotel, polite and helpful staff, especially as we checked in early. Breakfast very good, brilliant choice, lovely view from room over the sea. Would definitely stay here again and will be checking out other Evergreen Hotels in the future."

"We were really happy with the stay @ Evergreen. Ms Pat Lim, the director of sales, went out of her way to ensure we were able to get 2 rooms side by side, for my kids to stay with us. Overall the staff were friendly and professional. Well worth the stay!!! "

"Stayed here partly because of previously good experience,however the receptionist this time was so rude and offhand that I felt like tearing up my reservation and going to another hotel.The receptioist's name was Nik. If he does not like his job the management should find hime another before he alienates any more clients."

"The hotel is well worth the money they ask for, the service is perfect, the hotel premises are maintained on a daily basis. The pool is good, but could be a little bit too shalow for some since it's 4 ft. The buffet breakfast was pretty good, nothing fancy, but still. The location is extremely good if you are after shopping. Will return for sure."

it was a pleasant stay at the Evergreen Laurel Hotel with kind personel, although it was only for 5 nights. Only we were charged for the use of a couple of things of the mini bar, but we never used drink(s) out of the mini bar. So after we explained it at the reception, we didn't have to pay anything.
