MangoTreePlace is a restored 75 year old townhouse in the heart of George Town, Penang. Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, it is a luxuriously fashionable boutique suites located along the buffer zone of the Unesco living heritage enclave. It is one of Penang’s more obscure hidden gem. Our sign is small and we do not make an effort to be seen. And along with that anonymity comes the secluded charm of being uniquely small and intimate. The inn is a labor of love for us - a group of young local culturally-ambiguous individuals. Having traveled extensively around the world, our roots have brought is back to promote our local art and cultural heritage.
