| "Initally we given deluxe rooms. they were biggish with a writting desk and all. However, i realised we were on a smoking floor and there were ciggarete burns on the carpet which had seen better days. there was also a standing shower on top of the long bath. deciding that a non-smoking floor would be better i asked for a switch. the only problem was the configuration of the beds which i was fine with. upon entering the new room, i realised that it was smaller and there was no standing shower. one room had no towels the other had no toiletries. i asked if it was a deluxe room and the receptionist said it was. pretty sure it was smaller. anyway overall the service is good. hotel is clean. pricing is good. location is good, in the heart of george town. pretty decent stay." |

| "The location is great, the lobby looks very nice, the staffs are friendly and the room size is ok,but the hotel room is dirty. We stayed 5 nights and not once did the room attendant vacum cleaned our room. We saw cockroaches in our room and also in the restaurant where we had our breakfast. All the time we locked our suitcases, being afraid to take some cockroaches with us to another place. The manager and his supervisors should give lots of attention in cleaning the hotel, this hotel has a lower standard than Bayview Singapore. Will not stay here again." |

| "Generally the hospitality is ok. However, the mattress in the two rooms that I booked is in bad condition. You will be aching all over after a night sleep. Even my children complaint about the bed mattresses. A good bed and hence a good night rest is important to a traveller. I hope they will check the condition of their mattresses.

| "Great hotel and would certainly recommend. The room was enormous and clean with great facilities. The breakfast was exceptional with variety. Very good service. Hotel is close to ferry and in general a good location." |

| "Its the second time I stayed in this hotel and I really enjoyed my stay.The staff were extremley helpful with their smiling faces.The hotel situated in a very good spot you dont need a cab unless you want to go out of penang,Everything is in the walking distance.The only dissapointment I had is gym its poorley equiped and most of the equipments are in a bad condition.I hope the management do something about it." |
