Vegetables present were not fresh!
Other than food, the overall experience is fine!" |

| "Room is decent. Location is good if you prefer city area. There are several nice eateries in the vicinity. Front desk personnels are pleasant and friendly. Conceige Saiful deserves special commendation for being a very friendly and helpful. He is always polite and smiley and would readily recommend you to the best local eateries and produce in Penang.
The only hiccups encountered were the lack of a colour printer at the Business centre. Also, the old tv set in my room decided to go into hibernation in the middle of a movie! Nevertheless, The overall experience is good. " |

| "I stayed 3 nights at the Dorsett, as this was before the Sheraton I must say the standard has droped. However is still a fair stay to Malaysian standard, even the place looks a bit worn out." |

| "Centrally located and easy excess to shopping malls. Only thing, the breakfast spread is very limited, to have more wide varieties of food for hotel guests." |

| "The stay was OK. We got a little bit desapointed, because we booked the hotel and thought that it was the Sheraton, but then it turned out it to be the Dorsset." |

| "1 Internet access is not easy way at Hotel ..
It should install Internet service within room.
2 there is no obviously sign for re-name the Hotel
Most guides in airport or taxi driver know nothing about Dorset ... therefor Customers could be charged more than the real distnace price from airport ...
