| "Stayed at the PJ Hilton for a week on a business trip. Was impressed by the room, the food, the staff and professional and attentive service. The hotel concierge was especially helpful in organising my transportation needs
One thing I was less than satistfied with was that they were unable to accomodate my request for a room with a double bed.
Otherwise, I had a very enjoyable stay." |

| "They have all kinds of programs , and gimmicks and bottles of all kinds of things in their bathroom, but an essential thing like shampoo was not there.
It is a disease of malaysian 4 and 5 star hotels that nobody seems to check the rooms before a client arrives.There is always a lot of unnessary things but the plumming is not good or they forget essential things. Back to the basics please" |

| "Rooms were large and clean. The facilities and food were great too! The service was usual Hilton - Great! It's not close to the usual tourist spots but then, it was refreshingly quiet." |

| "I enjoyed my stay in Hilton. Keep up the excellent service you have provided. Overall amentities and facilities are good and clean. Accept the Bathroom which needs amore dated look and refurbishment: the hair-dryer is especially old and not powerful enough to dry the hair." |

| "After checking in there was a power failure in the old wing. Apparently this was quite frequent.It disturbed my whole work schedule.I finally got a new room in the new wing." |

| "The rooms are a good size and although the hotel is a bit older than others in the same price range, I would recommend this hotel above others for its quick and friendly service, good breakfasts and extremely comfortable beds and sheets. " |

| "Inspite of the age of the hotel the upkeep is impeccable. The service is Hilton service and the breakfast is the best I have had in my years of travelling to KL. Unless one has business appointments in the city centre, staying in Petaling Jaya gives you the needed peace after a day's work. The distance to the LRT station is 5 minutes walk away." |
