| "Nice hotel and is located right at the Sunway Lagoon in a very good location. However, the rooms are too small. The best room I have seen is the "studio" type. Internet is free of charge." |

| "The location of this hotel is great! But if you're driving here, a GPS or Map is essential otherwise one wrong turn will go a big round back to the entrance as the road to the hotel is only one way!! There're many good foods outside the hotel if you are the adventurous type! Breakfast is good but if you stay more than 2 days you'll be sick of them as there're not much varieties or changes. Overall I like the room & walking distance to Sunway Lagoon & Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall from within the hotel. Great for families with seniors & juniors!!" |

| "compared to the last time i went there, which was like 4 years back, the service has improved tremendously. not that it was bad the last time, but this time round, the hotel staffs are more courteous and more attentive.
we went there with the kids and therefore, did not intend to venture anywhere outside sunway lagoon. but if you intend to travel elsewhere, say KL city centre, then it may not be ideal. anyway, sunway lagoon is self-sufficient, so it's great for for families." |

| "The hotel is a perfect location if you're looking to spend a weekend at the Sunway Lagoon themepark and the Sunway Pyramid shopping mall as they're both accessible directly from the hotel. The best thing about our room was the floor to ceiling windows on one side which gave a perfect birdseye view of the Sunway Lagoon waterpark. The buffet breakfast also has a pretty good spread, although remaining more or less the same variety for the 2 days we ate there.
Our only complaint was although our room was on the 10th floor, we could hear the extremely loud music everynight which lasted till 3am coming from a place across the road called Borneo Rainforest. If you are a light sleeper, make sure you ask for a room that's as far away as possible from the front of the hotel (ie. from that club). " |

| "The hotel is conveniently located besides Sunway Lagoon. A series of escalator brings one to the Sunway Lagoon. Sunway Lagoon is good for family with young children as there is a petting zoo as well as the water activities (like slides and wave pools). For adults, there is not enough rides for it to be interesting.
On the other hand, the Sunway Pyramid Mall is a good place for couples and adults. There are plenty of shopping and restaurants. There is also a large ice skating rink and a cineplex as alternatives to the Sunway Lagoon. There are local businesses across the small road from the hotel that we can explore.
The food at the Cafe in the hotel is good and plentiful. I've encountered dismal buffet spread in other hotels so I'm impressed with the spread provided at this hotel.
I also like the room design. The decor in the room is elegant and there is a lot of space to move around in. Parking is also not an issues with access to the hotel basement carpark via passenger lifts. An alternative is to park in the mall's parking." |
