The hotel is a perfect location if you're looking to spend a weekend at the Sunway Lagoon themepark and the Sunway Pyramid shopping mall as they're both accessible directly from the hotel. The best thing about our room was the floor to ceiling windows on one side which gave a perfect birdseye view of the Sunway Lagoon waterpark. The buffet breakfast also has a pretty good spread, although remaining more or less the same variety for the 2 days we ate there.
Our only complaint was although our room was on the 10th floor, we could hear the extremely loud music everynight which lasted till 3am coming from a place across the road called Borneo Rainforest. If you are a light sleeper, make sure you ask for a room that's as far away as possible from the front of the hotel (ie. from that club).

| "The rooms were very big, big enough to accommodate 3
persons. The rooms are absolultely beautiful and spacious.
Location is very accessible, the lobby is just next to the shopping centre. However, pretty inconvenient to go to the swimming pool as the Pyramid Hotel doesn't have one of its own as the shared with the main tower, ie. the Sunway Resort Hotel.
Otherwise, would recommend this hotel to seniors, families with children.
However, the checking in counter were a bit slow.

| "My family and I stayed for two nights at the hotel, Basically it is good looking hotel and crowded, off course the location is perfect if you want to go to Sunway lagoon them park and at night you have a lot of restaurant next to it , the breakfast buffet is ok but little crowded , over all staying there for two nights is more than enough. " |
